• Welcome and support guests, visitors, and staff with professionalism and genuine hospitality
• Manage incoming and outbound communications using our multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
• Share information about our services, promotions, rates, and facility policies with clarity and enthusiasm
• Coordinate guest appointments and inquiries while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, message logging, and administrative support

• At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or communication role within the hospitality industry (or similar customer service environment)
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a wonderful bonus
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a natural problem-solver who thrives while staying composed under pressure
• Comfortable with computer systems, including experience with or willingness to quickly learn Opera System
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with a positive outlook and collaborative spirit
