Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety & Security Compliance

    • Ensure full compliance with safety and security audits, including Fire Life Safety, InterREACT, and other brand or authority-mandated assessments.

    • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.

    • Maintain accurate records of inspections, certifications, and incident reports.

  • Risk Management & Emergency Preparedness

    • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement preventive measures.

    • Lead emergency response planning, training, and drills for fire, medical, and crisis situations.

    • Coordinate with external agencies (police, fire department, medical services) when required.

  • Operational Oversight

    • Supervise security personnel, ensuring effective patrolling, access control, and surveillance.

    • Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and communication equipment.

    • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Training & Awareness

    • Provide ongoing training for staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and workplace security.

    • Promote a culture of safety awareness across all departments.

  • Collaboration & Communication

    • Work closely with department heads to integrate safety and security practices into daily operations.

    • Report regularly to senior management on safety performance, risks, and compliance status

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in safety and security management within hospitality or related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, fire life safety standards, and crisis management protocols.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Thai and English
