Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Manager to oversee the security infrastructure of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, managing security staff, and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets. 1. Policy Development and Implementation
- Security Policies: Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the organization.
- Procedure Management: Regularly review and update security procedures to adapt to new threats and changes in the operational environment.
2. Budget and Expense Control
- Budget Management: Control budgets for security operations, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Expense Monitoring: Monitor and manage expenses related to security operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety.
3. Staff Management
- Recruitment: Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and guards, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Training Programs: Develop training programs to keep security staff updated on best practices and emerging threats.
4. Operational Coordination
- Manager Meetings: Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs and coordinate security efforts across departments.
- Event Security: Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events, ensuring adequate coverage and response plans are in place.
5. Emergency Response and Coordination
- Emergency Management: Coordinate staff responses to emergencies and alarms, ensuring quick and effective action.
- Incident Review: Review and analyze reports on incidents and breaches to understand causes and improve future responses.
6. Issue Investigation and Resolution
- Incident Investigation: Investigate and resolve security issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Security Reporting: Create detailed reports for management on security status, incidents, and recommendations for improvement.
7. Data Analysis and Proposals
- Data Analysis: Analyze security data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Technology Proposals: Formulate proposals for the implementation of new technology or improvements to existing security systems.
Qualifications
Requirements and Skills
Experience
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Security Manager or in a similar position, with a strong track record of managing security operations effectively.
Technology Proficiency
- Relevant Technology: Experience using relevant technology and equipment, such as CCTV systems.
Knowledge and Expertise
- Security Protocols: Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures, with a solid understanding of emergency response planning.
- Budgeting Skills: Solid understanding of budgeting processes and statistical data analysis.
Technical Skills
- MS Office: Working knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software for reporting and data management.
Soft Skills
- Communication: Excellent Communication Skills (Thai, English & Effective people management and interpersonal skills
- Leadership: Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Reliability: Demonstrated commitment and reliability in managing security responsibilities.
Education
- Educational Background: High school diploma required; further education in security administration or a related field is advantageous.
