We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Manager to lead our retail operations in Visakhapatnam, India. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of outlet management, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. As an Outlet Manager, you will be the backbone of our store, ensuring seamless daily operations while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, demonstrating a commitment to achieving organizational goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Oversee all daily outlet operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of staff members, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining profitability
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and optimize product placement to maximize sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service by setting high standards and ensuring team members consistently exceed customer expectations
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Maintain financial records, manage budgets, and control operational expenses with analytical precision
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all outlet operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and upper management to implement new initiatives and programs
• Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts with empathy and transparency
• Customize promotional activities and marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and customer engagement
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain competitive advantage in the local market
• Prepare detailed reports on outlet performance, challenges, and recommendations for senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of proven experience in retail outlet management, store management, or similar supervisory role
• Demonstrated expertise in retail operations management and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Strong proficiency with retail management software and data analysis tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Outstanding customer service orientation with a proven track record of customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and inventory control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with retail management systems
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Visakhapatnam or similar markets
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records
