Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Lead and coordinate all aspects of entertainment programming within the Hotel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of entertainment events and activities that align with our brand and audience expectations.
This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry
As an Entertainment Manager, you will work closely with performers, production teams, marketing departments, and venue staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
You will be responsible for sourcing talent, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring that all entertainment offerings meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Your role will also involve analyzing audience feedback and industry trends to continuously improve our entertainment offerings.
Key to your success will be your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of making quick decisions under pressure.
Plan and coordinate entertainment events and programs
Source and negotiate with performers and entertainment vendors
Manage entertainment budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing to promote events
Oversee event logistics and production schedules
Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations
Evaluate event success and gather audience feedback
Maintain relationships with talent agencies and industry contacts
Develop new entertainment concepts and initiatives
Train and supervise entertainment staff and volunteers
Qualifications
Qualifications:
A background in event planning, performing arts, or media production is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in entertainment management, event planning, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in entertainment or event management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proficiency in event management software and tools.
