Job Description

People Operations & Coordination 

- Coordinate daily People & Culture administrative activities. 

- Support implementation of P&C policies, procedures, and initiatives. 

- Act as a coordination point between departments and the P&C team. 

 

Employee Administration & Records 

- Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and HR documentation. 

- Prepare letters, certificates, memos, and official correspondence. 

- Ensure confidentiality and proper document control at all times. 

 

Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination 

- Support recruitment processes including screening coordination and interviews. 

- Coordinate onboarding activities, documentation, ID cards, and inductions. 

- Ensure timely completion of onboarding checklists. 

 

Employee Services & Support 

- Serve as a point of contact for colleague queries and service requests. 

- Support employee relations activities with professionalism and discretion. 

- Assist with welfare, accommodation, and benefits coordination as required. 

Payroll & Attendance Support 

- Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and overtime. 

- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate data to Finance. 

- Follow up on discrepancies and corrections. 

 

Reporting & Compliance 

- Prepare People & Culture reports such as headcount and attendance. 

- Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation. 

- Ensure P&C activities comply with labor law and hotel standards. 

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in People & Culture, Business Administration, or related field. 

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in People & Culture or HR coordination roles, preferably in hospitality.
