Job Description

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences to our valued and loyal guests. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you’ll play an active role in the day-to-day operations of Birdie, bringing your creativity and expertise to the bar while crafting and serving both classic and innovative cocktails and beverages.

Qualifications

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Previous experience in a bartender or bar service role, with a strong understanding of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverages.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Confident cocktail-making skills, with the ability to deliver both classic and innovative drinks with consistency.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • A positive, energetic and professional attitude, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to responsible service.
  • A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
