Job Description
You perform a wide range of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and fully functional environment for our guests. You bring strong overall maintenance skills and a willingness to learn the unique features of our property, contributing to memorable experiences for our owners, guests, and colleagues.

What you will be doing
- Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring consistent operation of heat, steam, electric power, gas, and air systems.
- Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep.
- Maintain parts and supply inventory
- Complete maintenance projects.
- Inspect all property areas for safety and standard concerns, and take immediate corrective action as needed.
- Coordinate and perform repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.
- Perform pool and hot tub maintenance.
- Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly, informative, and helpful manner.
Qualifications
- Relevant building maintenance experience is required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, able to work well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Previous experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and pool/spa maintenance.
