Job Description

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and support team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure guest requests and maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment to maintain efficient operations.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members while promoting a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
