Job Description
- Supervise the daily activities of the Engineering team and ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Monitor the operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
- Support preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and engineering standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate with contractors and suppliers when required.
- Coach and develop team members while promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of engineering or maintenance experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
