Job Description
- Purchase goods, materials, and supplies as requested by authorized departments.
- Collect and deliver purchased items to the designated company locations.
- Compare prices and source products from approved suppliers to obtain the best value.
- Verify the quality, quantity, and condition of purchased items before accepting delivery.
- Obtain and submit receipts, invoices, and other purchasing documentation.
- Coordinate with the Procurement and Finance departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle in good working condition and report any maintenance requirements.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company purchases and supplier information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in purchasing, driving, or logistics is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry materials as required.
- Familiarity with local roads, suppliers, and markets.
Additional Information

Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
