Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
  • Manage and supervise security personnel, contractors, and third-party security providers.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other surveillance technologies.
  • Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire, evacuation, and crisis management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry security standards.
  • Plan and manage security budgets, resources, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular security audits, inspections, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Deliver security awareness training to employees and contractors.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and regulatory authorities when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security activities.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's security programs.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of physical security systems, access control, and CCTV operations.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Crisis management and emergency response planning.
  • Risk assessment and security auditing.
  • Report writing and documentation skills.
  • Budget management and resource planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software.
