Job Description

To ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation across all hotel operations in compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and audit requirements. The role is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for guests and Heartists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards as per Accor guidelines and FSSAI regulations.
  • Conduct regular hygiene audits across kitchens, restaurants, storage areas, and back-of-house.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP principles and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage food handlers’ medical tests and hygiene certifications (FOSTAC).
  • Deliver hygiene and sanitation training programs for Heartists.
  • Monitor pest control activities and ensure corrective actions.
  • Maintain hygiene records, reports, and audit documentation.
  • Liaise with external auditors and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
  • Identify risks and implement preventive and corrective measures.
  • Promote a culture of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene awareness across departments.
