Job Description

Supervise the daily operations of restaurants,, lounges, banquet functions, or other food and beverage outlets.
Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Lead, motivate, and support the food and beverage team during shifts.
Schedule staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and controlling stock.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with local health regulations.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and service quality.
Assist in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and minimizing waste.
Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
