Job Description
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Management team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide warm, engaging, and professional service by greeting guests and colleagues with a smile and positive attitude
- Support the In-Room Dining team with the setup, delivery, and retrieval of guest orders
- Promptly clear trays, tables, and service equipment from guest corridors and rooms as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, pantries, storage areas, and workspaces
- Locate, wash, polish, and replenish glassware, silverware, chinaware, and service equipment throughout the shift
- Assist with stocking supplies and ensuring all In-Room Dining service areas are properly maintained and prepared for service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Ensure all service equipment and guest-facing items meet luxury presentation standards
- Communicate effectively with the In-Room Dining team and other hotel departments to support efficient operations
- Consistently demonstrate LQA Standards throughout all guest and colleague interactions
- Support departmental goals by maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times
Qualifications
- revious Food & Beverage, hospitality, or luxury hotel experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to management, guests, and fellow employees
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to push/pull banquet equipment (tables, carts) weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement.
