Job Description

As the Breakfast Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily breakfast operation, ensuring seamless service, maintaining high food safety and presentation standards, and leading the team to provide exceptional service in line with Accor's Heartist values.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the breakfast team during service.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast operation from setup to close.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and promptly resolve guest enquiries.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food replenishment and quality presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Coach, train, and support team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
  • Promote a positive team culture and lead by example.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must have full Australian working rights.

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role within hospitality.
  • Experience in breakfast or restaurant operations is highly regarded.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
