Job Description

The Mövenpick Food & Beverage Attendants are at the heart of creating memorable guest experiences, bringing our vibrant hospitality and premium dining offerings to life. From delivering warm, personalised service to showcasing the unique flavours of BODA Restaurant, you play an important role in elevating every guest interaction. With a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you consistently deliver exceptional service while building meaningful connections with our guests.

Role Foundations:

  • Take food and beverage orders while maximising sales opportunities through recommendations and upselling.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our menus, beverages, and hotel offerings to confidently engage with guests.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and personalised service to create memorable dining experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness across all service and guest areas.

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

  • A passion for hospitality, quality service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage naturally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • A strong command of written and spoken English.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A positive, adaptable approach with the ability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days, including weekends, public holidays, and a variety of shift times.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is advantageous.
  • A professional presentation and a genuine enthusiasm for showcasing our food, beverage, and hotel experiences.
