Job Description

Position Summary:

All Inclusive Collection Properties is seeking an experienced and organized Butler to oversee and support the butler team. The role ensures consistent, personalized guest service and adherence to luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the butler team.

• Guest Service: Ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery to guests.

• Training: Mentor and train butlers on service standards and guest preferences.

• Coordination: Liaise with other departments for efficient guest service.

• Reporting: Maintain service logs and report on team performance and guest

Qualifications

Sustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Align with the hotel's broader ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) objectives to drive positive impact across all pillars of sustainability.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.

Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.

• Previous experience as a senior butler or in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to luxury service.
