Job Description
- Ensure department standards and policies are adhered to, making recommendations where necessary to reach overall performance goals.
- Ensure information provided to guests is accurate and individualized.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure call volumes are managed efficiently, administrative duties are completed, and productivity is maximized.
- Respond to enquiries about hotel products and services by telephone, email and other communication channels according to standard guidelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with all other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel products, services, facilities, food & beverage offerings, and promotional activities to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management may be considered with extensive relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 3 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, Revenue Management or related areas within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
