• Ensure department standards and policies are adhered to, making recommendations where necessary to reach overall performance goals.
• Ensure information provided to guests is accurate and individualized.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure call volumes are managed efficiently, administrative duties are completed, and productivity is maximized.
• Respond to enquiries about hotel products and services by telephone, email and other communication channels according to standard guidelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with all other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel products, services, facilities, food & beverage offerings, and promotional activities to maximize revenue opportunities.

• Fluent in Russian and English
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management may be considered with extensive relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 3 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, Revenue Management or related areas within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
