Job Description

Under the general direction of the Junior Chef De Partie and/or Chef De Partie and/or Senior Chef De Partie and/ or Executive Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef and within the  limits of established Rixos Bab Al Bahr Policies and Procedures, oversee and directs the day to day Operations of the Food & Beverage Production Department and maintain the overall efficiency of standards set while promoting a positive work environment.

Organization and monitoring of all affairs concerned to the position.

Proper grooming at all times

Attend training classes as per schedule

Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments

Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
