Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Finance in managing and supervising daily accounting operations.
- Manage the hotel's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Prepare regular financial summaries and detailed reports for management
- Formulate strategic and long-term business plans
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Develop financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risk
- Supervise the preparation of all statutory and compliance filing
- Coordinate with other departments to support overall financial objectives
- Analyze and control expenditure and suggest improvements
- Support the Director of Finance in managing and supervising daily accounting operations.
- Participate as a member of management in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans, and advise on the Financial, Administrative and legal implications of all matters being implemented and reviewed.
- Establish or recommend to management major economic objectives, strategies aimed at cost minimization and maximization of revenue opportunities and evaluate the impact of business decisions where necessary
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel or hospitality finance with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Fluent in Thai & English both written and spoken, familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., SUN), and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
