Job Description
Purpose of the Role
To deliver exceptional and personalised guest experiences by providing professional concierge, porter, and lobby services while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Excellence
Provide warm, personalised service by greeting guests, using their names whenever possible, anticipating needs, and ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally.Arrival & Departure Experience
Coordinate luggage handling, room escorting, valet parking services (where applicable), and provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.Concierge & Information Services
Act as a knowledgeable hotel ambassador by assisting with tour bookings, transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and answering guest enquiries accurately and efficiently.Lobby & Hotel Presentation
Maintain a polished and welcoming lobby environment, ensuring guest areas are clean, organised, and reflective of premium hotel standards.Operational & Team Support
Work collaboratively with all hotel departments, manage mail and parcel services, attend training sessions, handle guest concerns professionally, and contribute to a safe, seamless, and memorable guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or hotel experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with strong guest service focus.
- Sound knowledge of the local area and attractions.
- Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, adaptable, and culturally aware, with a commitment to Accor’s Heartist values and service excellence.
