Job Description

  • Lead reactive M&E sales for Auckland Airport Precinct Hotels, converting enquiries into memorable, revenue‑driving events.

  • Support and guide the M&E Sales Coordinator & Operations Team to deliver polished, brand‑perfect service.

  • Ensure flawless event execution through strong cross‑department coordination and attention to detail.

  • Maintain accurate client data and produce quality proposals & collateral that reflect Accor standards.

  • Champion Accor values, uphold SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement across the M&E function.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in proactive or reactive sales, ideally within Meetings & Events or a related hospitality environment.

  • Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed business, with strong proposal writing and client‑relationship skills.

  • Confident communicator and collaborator, able to work seamlessly with Operations, F&B, and cross‑functional teams.

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and client needs simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of hotel systems, event processes, and brand standards, with a commitment to delivering service excellence the Accor way.
