Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager as part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for running the hotel’s Food & Beverage operation, including restaurant, coffee shop, in-room dining and events. This hands-on leadership role is both operational and strategic, requiring someone who can balance service delivery with administrative responsibilities and collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on operation of our F&B outlets, connecting with guests, and supporting your team to provide an exceptional level of service
- Coordination between the F&B team and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensuring the smooth running of conferences and events
- Rostering, coaching, cost control, inventory management and preparing reports for senior management
If you come from a background in restaurants or hotels, have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and have experience in banqueting and/or bar operations, together with demonstrated leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3 years as F&B in luxury hotel brands.
- Prior luxury hotel experience is essential.
- Excellent management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Prior experience with multiple stakeholder relationship management is essential.
- Strong analytical skills are a must. High ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills.
