Job Description
- Deliver exceptional and personalized service in accordance with Accor standards.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a visible presence in the outlet to ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
- Supervise daily outlet operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure the outlet is properly prepared before opening and maintained throughout service.
- Coordinate table assignments and monitor service flow.
- Verify that all food and beverage items are served according to established quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure opening, closing, and side duties are completed accurately.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the outlet.Lead, motivate, and support Captains, Waiters/Waitresses, and Hostesses during operations.
- Coach team members to improve service standards and product knowledge.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Follow all company policies and local health and safety regulations.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and company assets.
- Assist with inventory control and stock requisitions.
- Support cash handling and POS procedures when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage experience in a luxury or upscale hotel.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Experience using POS systems (Micros/Simphony preferred).
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
