You understand your clients’ individual needs and deliver tailored solutions while providing exceptional, relationship-driven service.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Actively acquiring and managing new and existing clients with the goal of building and developing long-term business relationships—from the initial contact through to successful contract negotiation and closing.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through independent market and competitor research, as well as targeted business development activities such as sales blitzes for new openings.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing all sales activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention, including client events, networking opportunities, and hotel site inspections.
  • Continuously analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer potential, while preparing insightful reports and performance analyses.
  • Delivering sales training sessions for hotel teams and actively participating in sales and management meetings.
  • Collaborating closely with Hotel Managers and the Reservations, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams at Head Office to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Supporting and deputizing for the Area Sales Manager in both operational and strategic sales matters.
