Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results driven Operations Director to oversee the performance and success of multiple venues within our group. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and exceptional guest experiences across all locations.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and operations of multiple venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent service standards.
- Lead, coach, and support General Managers and leadership teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance across all assigned venues.
- Monitor operational and financial results, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize performance.
- Ensure company standards, policies, and brand expectations are consistently maintained across all locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, events, and business development opportunities.
- Foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and operational requirements.
- Build strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and teams while representing the company in a professional manner.
- Carry out any other duties required to support the success of the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of hospitality operations experience, including multi-unit leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing multiple hospitality venues, restaurants, lifestyle venues, or luxury hospitality operations.
- Previous experience overseeing beach clubs, waterfront venues, or destination dining concepts is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance.
- Demonstrated success leading large operational teams through General Managers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of guest experience, service excellence, and commercial performance.
