- Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and providing support to hotel staff.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunication.
- Monitor system performance, security, and backups to proactively address potential risks and ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and guidance to hotel employees on IT procedures, software applications, and security best practices.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Manage IT inventory, including software licenses, hardware assets, and consumables, ensuring accurate records.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related contracts and support.
