Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Room Attendants and Housemen to ensure efficient housekeeping operations.
  • Inspect guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and assigned public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
  • Ensure all guest rooms, including arrivals, occupied, vacant, and VIP rooms, are cleaned and prepared according to hotel standards.
  • Monitor room status updates and coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering to ensure room readiness and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, special arrangements, and service recovery situations to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality inspections and provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members to maintain high performance standards.
  • Monitor team attendance, grooming, productivity, and compliance with departmental procedures.
  • Ensure proper handling of Lost & Found items in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to a positive, productive, and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping within a premium hotel environment.
  • Ensure exceptional housekeeping standards are maintained at all times, with zero compromise on cleanliness, hygiene, quality, and guest comfort.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Thai (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems is beneficial.
