Job Description
FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Uniform & Laundry Coordinator (Saudi National) to join our Housekeeping team. Responsible for the coordination of Warrior uniforms, linen, and laundry services, this role ensures the highest standards of presentation, quality, and efficiency are maintained across the resort. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both our Warriors and operations by ensuring uniforms and linen are managed seamlessly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily distribution, collection, and tracking of Warrior uniforms.
- Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, returns, alterations, and replacements.
- Ensure all uniforms are clean, pressed, repaired, and presented to company standards.
- Monitor uniform inventory levels and report replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate uniform fittings for new Warriors and support onboarding requirements.
- Assist with managing linen inventories and laundry stock levels.
- Monitor the processing of guest laundry, staff uniforms, and hotel linen to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect uniforms, linen, and laundry items to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with external laundry providers and suppliers when required.
- Report damaged, lost, or missing items and maintain accurate records.
- Support periodic linen and uniform stock counts.
- Ensure proper storage, organisation, and handling of uniforms and linen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the Uniform Room and Laundry areas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Provide professional and efficient service to Warriors and internal departments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Housekeeping, Laundry, Uniform Room, Administration, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee records.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service standards.
