Job Description
TRAINING
- Support building and organizing training programs
- Research and update learning and training needs
- Classroom organization: Managing materials (paper, books, lecture slides ...), teaching tools (board, microphone, computer, projector, ...), teaching, and organizing situations to support lectures, exercises, ..)
- Prepare training budget, training plan framework to meet the resort training needs.
- Do training reports
- Support Training Manager to design & develop training materials
- Coordinate and support other departments in all internal training courses
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Manager
WELFARE & ACTIVITIES
- Organize and execute employees’ social, athletic and recreational, engagement activities
- Recommend ways to improve our company’s brand
- Assist colleagues with all HR related queries and questions.
- Maintain good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Execute internal communications
ONBOARDING & WELCOME
- Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new trainees
- Conduct orientation training for new heartists
