The Food & Beverage team plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the kitchen, service areas, and event spaces. Working within a structured and fast-paced environment, the team supports consistent service delivery, compliance, stock control, and operational efficiency across the broader resort and convention centre.
Job Description
As Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will support the smooth and efficient running of the food and beverage operation across the resort and convention centre. Working closely with culinary, stewarding, suppliers, and finance teams, you will play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness.
This role is ideal for an organised and detail-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys being across both operational and administrative responsibilities.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all food and beverage ordering in line with operational and kitchen requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock takes and reconciliations
- Oversee store areas to ensure cleanliness, correct stock rotation, and food safety compliance
- Monitor and maintain HACCP food safety documentation and hygiene standards
- Liaise with suppliers, manage deliveries and returns, and support cost control initiatives
- Support efficient stock levels across kitchens, identifying slow-moving or excess items
- Ensure timely receiving, storage, and documentation of goods in line with company standards
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks to support F&B operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage coordination, administration, or hospitality operations
- Strong understanding of food and beverage products with attention to quality and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP compliance
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy operational environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and confident working across teams and stakeholders
