What you'll be doing:

• Create memorable guest experiences through friendly, genuine hospitality.
• Deliver exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, poolside, conference, and event spaces.
• Recommend food and beverage options with confidence and maximise sales opportunities through upselling.
• Take orders, process payments, and manage reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Support the smooth delivery of conferences, functions, and special events.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, RSA compliance, and venue presentation.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service in a fast-paced environment.
• Go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and valued.

What you will bring to the role: 

• Current RSA Certificate (essential).
• Hospitality qualification or relevant industry experience.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
