Job Description

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive room revenue, restaurant covers, and overall hotel performance.
  • Work closely with the Accor Thailand Digital Marketing Cluster (ATDMC) to ensure alignment with brand standards, digital campaigns, distribution strategies, and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with ATDMC on website optimization, paid media campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, content strategy, and performance reporting.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LINE, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Oversee hotel website performance, SEO/SEM initiatives, and content optimization.
  • Create and implement digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing plans for Rooms and F&B outlets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website analytics, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
  • Manage online reputation and guest engagement across review platforms and social media channels.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, influencers, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current with digital trends, emerging platforms, and hospitality marketing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong preference for hotel operations and commercial marketing.
  • Strong experience managing digital advertising campaigns, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and website content.
  • Proven track record of driving online revenue and measurable marketing results.
  • Experience working within a branded hotel environment and collaborating with regional or cluster marketing teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and digital performance reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Thai and English is essential.
