Job Description

  • Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries according to established standards and procedures
  • Supervise public areas and maintain all equipment in proper working condition
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and reports of damage or malfunction
  • Maintain accurate section floor reports and room status records
  • Report unusual activities or behaviour to the Executive Housekeeper and assist with team performance assessments

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a housekeeping supervisory role within a midscale or premium hotel environment
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Proficiency with property management systems (Opera Cloud preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities with strong problem-solving skills
  • High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail
