Job Description

Perform routine maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and appliances.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues.
Respond promptly to kitchen equipment breakdowns and emergency repair requests.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hotel operational standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to minimize equipment downtime.
Monitor and maintain refrigeration, ventilation, and food service systems.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new kitchen equipment.
Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
