Job Description
The Executive Lounge Manager (ELM) supports the Front Office Manager (FOM) in leading the daily operations of the Swiss Club Lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, consistent service standards, and operational efficiency. The role oversees VIP arrivals and departures, Club Lounge service delivery, F&B coordination, guest profiling, and team management. In the absence of the Front Office Manager, the Executive Lounge Manager
ensures continuity of operations and service excellence.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in 5‑star hospitality required.
- Strong background in hotel operations; Front Office or Executive Lounge experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and PMS systems
