Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Engagement

  • Deliver warm, friendly, and personalized guest interactions at all times.
  • Create a lively and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort.
  • Engage guests in recreational and entertainment activities while ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Build strong rapport with guests and encourage participation in daily programs and events.
  • Maintain awareness of guest preferences to personalize experiences whenever possible.

Entertainment & Activities

  • Organize and conduct daily entertainment programs, sports activities, games, fitness sessions, beach activities, and social events.
  • Lead activities such as stretching, yoga, aqua gym, dance sessions, tournaments, and interactive games.
  • Participate in themed evenings, resort celebrations, and seasonal events.
  • Assist in developing creative activity schedules and entertainment concepts.
  • Ensure activities are enjoyable, professional, and aligned with the luxury image of the resort.

Recreation Operations

  • Assist with the setup and preparation of activity areas, entertainment equipment, and recreational facilities.
  • Ensure all recreational areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
  • Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Support pool, beach, and recreation operations as required.
  • Promote resort facilities and activities to maximize guest participation.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure guest safety during all activities and immediately report incidents or hazards.
  • Follow resort health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within all recreation areas.
  • Ensure activities comply with resort operational guidelines and luxury hospitality standards.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, and Security teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Participate in daily briefings, departmental meetings, and training programs.
  • Support colleagues and contribute positively to team morale and resort culture.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in entertainment, recreation, hospitality, fitness, sports activities, or guest engagement preferred.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or resort operations is an advantage.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with multicultural guests and adapt to different guest profiles.
  • Fitness, dance, sports, or performance background is considered an advantage.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and public holidays.

  • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
