Job Description

The Role – Where Leadership meets Creativity

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind it all – the energy on the floor, the strategist behind the scenes, and the leader your team looks up to.

You will:

  • Lead with passion, presence, and personality – setting the tone for unforgettable service
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team that genuinely loves what they do
  • Elevate the guest experience through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Drive performance across revenue, costs, and operational excellence
  • Oversee daily operations across restaurant, in-room dining, and events
  • Manage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability
  • Ensure brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence are consistently achieved
  • Build strong relationships with guests, team members, suppliers, and the local community
  • Shape a culture where people feel motivated, supported and proud to belong

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and knows how to bring out the best in people.  You will thrive if you:

  • Have proven experience managing food & beverage operations in a hotel environment (minimum 2 years)
  • Have a charismatic and hands-on leadership style that energises and inspires
  • Know how to create a buzz – with strong local market awareness and creative thinking
  • Stay cool under pressure and keep the team focused, positive, and driven
  • Balance ideas with strong commercial acumen
  • Have a creative mindset balanced with strong commercial awareness
  • Have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering consistently exceptional experiences
  • Are flexible and ready to embrace the rhythm of hospitality (including evenings and weekends)
