Job Description
The Role – Where Leadership meets Creativity
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind it all – the energy on the floor, the strategist behind the scenes, and the leader your team looks up to.
You will:
- Lead with passion, presence, and personality – setting the tone for unforgettable service
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team that genuinely loves what they do
- Elevate the guest experience through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail
- Drive performance across revenue, costs, and operational excellence
- Oversee daily operations across restaurant, in-room dining, and events
- Manage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability
- Ensure brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence are consistently achieved
- Build strong relationships with guests, team members, suppliers, and the local community
- Shape a culture where people feel motivated, supported and proud to belong
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and knows how to bring out the best in people. You will thrive if you:
- Have proven experience managing food & beverage operations in a hotel environment (minimum 2 years)
- Have a charismatic and hands-on leadership style that energises and inspires
- Know how to create a buzz – with strong local market awareness and creative thinking
- Stay cool under pressure and keep the team focused, positive, and driven
- Balance ideas with strong commercial acumen
- Have a creative mindset balanced with strong commercial awareness
- Have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering consistently exceptional experiences
- Are flexible and ready to embrace the rhythm of hospitality (including evenings and weekends)
