The Hotel: Novotel London Bridge
A contemporary 4‑star hotel located in the heart of London’s South Bank district, within walking distance of major landmarks such as the Shard, Borough Market, Tate Modern and the Thames. With 182 keys, designed to provide comfort, functionality and modern amenities for both business and leisure travellers, the hotel features 7 meeting and event spaces.
The hotel’s restaurant and bar provide a relaxed and a modern dining experience.
Job Description
YOUR ROLE:
• Lead all hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial results
• Drive commercial strategy to maximise revenue and profitability
• Oversee compliance, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence
• Build a high‑performance culture with strong engagement and accountability
• Build strong relationships with owners, corporate teams, and local partners
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
• Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
