- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team members
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, performance analysis, and financial acumen
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and account management
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
