Job Description
What does your working day look like...
- You will support our Marketing and People & Culture team with exciting projects—especially social media campaigns on Instagram and TikTok.
- You will contribute creative ideas to make our employer brand even more visible.
- You will help plan and implement internal communication measures and training courses.
- You will work closely with the teams at the hotel and headquarters and gain insights into various people & culture and marketing topics.
- You will take responsibility for your own small projects – always with an eye for detail and a lot of passion.
- You will maintain our internal communication portal and help plan and implement employee events.
Qualifications

- You will soon be starting your dual studies in tourism management, marketing, communication, human resources management, or a similar field.
- You are communicative, creative, and enjoy inspiring people—whether colleagues or guests.
- You enjoy working in a team, are open to new ideas, and love to create things.
