Job Description
Job Summary
The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. This position involves managing front desk duties, performing financial reconciliations, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, along with hotel public space
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for callers.
- Assist with any administrative tasks as required during the night shift.
- Public area cleaning and ensure car park is clean and tidy
- Setting up our small meeting rooms and ensure cleaned overnight
- Floor walks to maintain safety and security throughout the night
Qualifications
Previous hotel experience is helpful, but not essential
