Job Summary

The Boutique / Retail Shop Sales Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, advising them on products, and driving sales while ensuring a high-quality customer experience within the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Reception & Service

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
  • Identify customer needs and assist them throughout their purchasing journey
  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience

2. Sales & Advisory

  • Advise customers and promote boutique products
  • Drive sales by offering tailored recommendations
  • Build customer loyalty through excellent service

3. Boutique Operations

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area
  • Support product display and visual merchandising
  • Handle cashiering and payment transactions

4. Product Knowledge

  • Develop strong knowledge of products and collections
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers

5. Standards & Quality

  • Follow company procedures and service standards
  • Ensure consistent service quality at all times

Qualifications

  • Education

  • High school diploma or degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Experience

  • 1–2+ years of experience in retail, boutique, or hospitality
  • Experience in a premium or luxury environment is a plus
  • Skills

  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to advise and influence customer decisions
  • Attention to detail and presentation
  • Basic cashiering and sales handling knowledge
  • Fluency in French & English
