We are seeking reliable Kitchen Attendant to support our kitchen and food & beverage operations.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Attendant, you will play an essential role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and smooth back-of-house operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure efficient turnaround of kitchenware
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation as required
• Ensure waste disposal and recycling are managed correctly
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times
• Support kitchen setup, cleaning routines, and procedures during the pre-opening phase
• Assist with stock handling, deliveries, and storage
• Work collaboratively with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams

About You

• Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role (preferred but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen team members
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
