Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordination of conference and events (C&E) from start to finish
  • Liaising with resort departments to provide seamless events
  • Build connections with clients, turning an event vision into reality
  • Represent the resort pride and passion, driving return clients
  • Host site inspections with confidence and authenticity
  • Respond to client queries with efficiency and professionalism
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team with administrative expertise

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role: 

  • Previous experience in a conference & events roles or similar
  • Highly organised and able to coordinate multiple events successfully
  • Able to efficiently respond to client queries, by phone or email, with professionalism
  • A team player who proactively seeks out ways to help colleagues 
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Background in hospitality with knowledge of operational requirements is ideal
  • Genuine interest in growing career in Sales & Events
