Job Description
The Weddings & Groups Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the development and management of group and wedding business for the hotel, focusing on generating leads, coordinating event details, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with the hotel’s luxury boutique standards.
This role plays a key part in managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and assisting in the coordination of destination weddings, social celebrations, private events, and group stays, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Respond promptly to wedding and group inquiries, providing detailed information about the hotel’s event and accommodation offerings.
Assist in the preparation of customized proposals, contracts, and event packages tailored to each client.
Support the sales team in achieving group and wedding revenue targets.
Maintain active communication with wedding planners, travel advisors, and event coordinators.
Conduct site inspections and virtual presentations for potential clients.
Event Coordination Support
Assist in coordinating event details between the client and internal departments including Food & Beverage, Operations, and Front Office.
Ensure all event information is properly communicated to operational teams.
Support the execution of destination weddings, group events, and social celebrations.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a point of contact for clients during the planning stage.
Provide personalized service that reflects the hotel’s luxury boutique experience.
Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the planning process.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and contracts within the hotel’s CRM or sales system.
Prepare sales reports, event summaries, and documentation as required.
Track room blocks and event details for upcoming weddings and groups.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in weddings, events, or group sales in hospitality.
Experience in luxury or boutique hotels preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
