•Oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the hotel’s physical infrastructure and equipment.

•Ensure that the property and all facilities—including buildings, systems, utilities, and external areas—are maintained to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.

•Protect the Owner’s asset through effective preventive maintenance, energy management, and risk mitigation.

•Lead and develop the Engineering team to ensure operational excellence, technical reliability, and cost control.

•Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors for renovation, repair projects, and compliance requirements.

•Support sustainability efforts and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

•Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

•Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
