Job Description

  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing and communications strategies that support the hotel’s brand positioning, business goals, and public image.
  • Manage all media relations, advertising, promotions, and publication materials to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support sales, F&B, and Talent & Culture initiatives through effective communication tools and campaigns.
  • Act as the hotel’s liaison to external media and community partners, including handling crisis communications and public relations opportunities.
  • Lead the MarCom team to deliver creative, timely, and impactful content across print, digital, and event-based platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing Communications/Public Relation or 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
  • Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
