Job Description

  • YOUR ROLE:
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with Novotel and Accor.
  • Take full responsibility for hotel operations, financial results, and brand standards.
  • Create a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work and grow.
  • Drive sales, control costs, and maximise revenue across rooms, meetings & events and F&B.
  • The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stake holders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours.
